DESCRIPTION:
Geopolicity was commission to develop a Youth Unemployment Principle Pledge Framework (PPF) for the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council on Youth Unemployment and the International Business Council. The framework aims at (i) closing the skills and opportunity gap, (ii) generating broad-based growth, and (iii) solving the problem of growing inequity and social exclusion. It provides a platform for engagement that can be tailored and multiplied worldwide to maximize impact on employment and sustain results.
ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN:
Working with the Global Agenda Council on Youth Unemployment to develop a Youth Unemployment Principle Pledge Framework, which is an international pledge to be agreed with the International Business Council covering global youth unemployment.
OUTCOME:
Global Employment Pledge for International Business Council, presented at the World Economic Forum.
