Significant changes are taking place in the development finance landscape worldwide. Developing countries like Botswana and others are going through transition in terms of mobilizing and effectively and efficiently managing resources - both domestic and external including public and private - to finance their national development plans and to support the realisation of the SDGs. Botswana has the ambition to graduate from an upper middle-income to a high-income country, as espoused in its Vision 2036.
